Meet the founder
Founded by a survivor, built on purity
Pure Mirch Masala began with our founder, Kulsoom Khalid, a cancer survivor. Fighting cancer, and coming through it, changed how she looked at everyday food and what we quietly feed our families.
Reading every label, she saw how much milawat, artificial colour and preservatives had slipped into the masalay in our kitchens. She decided her family deserved better: spices that are pure, fresh and free from artificial flavours, good for the whole family, young and old.
That decision became this brand. Every jar of Pure Mirch Masala is held to the standard she set in her own home, real ingredients, freshly ground, with nothing hidden. Sehat, sachai aur asli zaiqa, for your family, just like hers.
Why we started
Pure flavour got lost. We brought it back.
Walk through any market and the truth is uncomfortable: bohat si masalay aur pastes mein milawat hoti hai, artificial colour, fillers, aur preservatives. The flavour our mothers and grandmothers cooked with, the asli khushbu and the honest taste, slowly disappeared behind bright packaging and long ingredient lists.
Pure Mirch Masala started with one simple idea: bring back pure, freshly ground masalay that you can actually trust. We grind in small batches, seal at peak aroma, and put nothing in the jar that does not belong there. What you read on the label is exactly what you cook with.

Are your products really preservative-free?
Yes. Our masalay and pastes are made from natural ingredients with no preservatives and no artificial colour. Because there are no preservatives, we recommend refrigerating pastes after opening.
Where are you based and do you deliver across Pakistan?
We are based in Pakistan and deliver nationwide, with Cash on Delivery available.
Is everything halal?
Yes, all our products are 100% halal.
