Refund policy

Our promise

Every jar and pack we send out is fresh-ground, sealed and checked before dispatch. If something is not right with your order, we will fix it — quickly and fairly.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the parcel and product. We will send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Quality concerns

If you believe the product quality is not as promised, reach out within 7 days of delivery. Because our products are food items, we may ask for photos and a short description to understand the issue, and we will resolve genuine complaints with a replacement or refund.

Returns of food products

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened food products unless they are faulty. Unopened, sealed products in original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery; courier charges for change-of-mind returns are borne by the customer.

Refund method and timing

  • Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.
  • Cash on Delivery orders: refunded by bank transfer or mobile wallet (JazzCash/Easypaisa) within 5–7 working days of approval.

Order cancellation

You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, please follow the process above instead.
