Order processing
Every order is packed fresh. Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 working days depending on your city. Major cities usually receive orders faster; remote areas may take slightly longer.

Fresh products
Our pastes are ground fresh and sealed at peak aroma. Once your parcel arrives, please refrigerate pastes after opening and store powders in an airtight jar away from heat and moisture.
