We sell natural food products — spices, masalas and cooking pastes. We make every effort to describe our products, ingredients and images accurately. Natural products can vary slightly in colour, texture and aroma from batch to batch; this is normal and not a defect.

Our products are intended for normal culinary use. Please read ingredient information carefully if you have allergies. General wellness information on our website (for example, about turmeric) is for education only and is not medical advice — consult your doctor for any health condition, during pregnancy, or before making dietary changes.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice. Payment can be made through the methods shown at checkout, including Cash on Delivery where available. Promotional discounts and codes are subject to their stated conditions.
5. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order — for example, in cases of suspected misuse, pricing errors, or delivery areas we cannot serve. If we cancel a prepaid order, you will receive a full refund.
6. Delivery and risk
Delivery timelines are estimates, as set out in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the products passes to you on delivery. Please check your parcel at the time of delivery, especially for COD orders.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, recipes, product descriptions, photographs and branding — belongs to Pure Mirch Masala and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
